Your responsibilities

  • You receive full responsibility to independently acquire secondment assignments and projects from clients in the enterprise market and innovative fast-growing firms;
  • Your working area consists of Randstad, Gelderland, and North-Brabant;
  • You actively maintain relationships with clients and build a strong network;
  • Further development of the recruitment and selection process;
  • You either contribute to the recruitment of new colleagues, or you work on building and maintaining a network of freelancers and external partners;
  • You visit events and other commercial initiatives from clients;
  • You lead price- and contract negotiations;
  • You actively build a good relationship with our consultants;
  • Reporting is directly done to the management of Bright Cubes.

Characteristics, competences and requirements

  • HBO (Applied Sciences) Bachelor’s diploma or higher, preferably in an economical, marketing, HR or technical field;
  • A proactive networker whom is able to grab opportunities at the right timing and is result-oriented;
  • Analytical, critical on detail, and naturally curious;
  • Goal-oriented, but manages to keep the balance between result, quality, and relationship;
  • Have a good connection with- and have a sincere interest in our consultants;
  • Affinity with software, cloud and data, and IT in general;
  • Does not give up and thinks of creative solutions;
  • A deal is a deal;
  • Takes initiative into proposing improvements in sales, as well as organizational growth;
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English;
  • In possession of drivers’ license B.

Track record

  • Minimally 3 years of working experience as account manager in ICT-secondment;
  • Preferably worked as account manager in a medium-sized ICT-secondment organization, an organization focused on IT-sourcing, or placement services;
  • Pure ambition to build a network with new clients in addition to your already existing network;
  • Network in the enterprise market and innovative fast-growing firms;
  • Network of technical specialists in software, cloud and/or data fields;
  • Preferably experience in hiring or sourcing of personnel.
