As recruiter at Bright Cubes you are responsible for:
- Further development of the recruitment and selection process;
- The development of creative methods to inspire and enthuse the best specialists to work for Bright Cubes. Think about employee marketing, online tooling, advertising and events;
- The creation of communication content – under which vacancy texts and recruitment texts;
- Establishing and maintaining a network of IT specialists;
- Conducting interviews, as well as negotiations on employment conditions;
- Intensive contact with the professionals in the field, and external recruitment partners;
- Providing advice to the management about the recruitment and selection strategy of Bright Cubes;
- Closely following the trends in our market.
